2025 Returning Officials
High School Level
Completion of the following is required for all returning high school level officials:
- Sign annual Independent Contractor Agreement
- Pay USA Lacrosse membership dues
- Rules & Penalties Course (if not completed in previous years)
- 2025 Professional Development Course
- 2025 NFHS Rules Exam
- Attend local training as directed by local contacts.

Youth Level (Treasure Valley only)
